Employee Referral Program
S3Infinity offers an employee referral program for all full-time or part-time positions advertised on our website. Eligible referrals can receive a bonus of $250-$500, depending on the job filled. (Please get in touch with HR for further details).
The program is open to all employees on S3Infinity's payroll except for executive staff, HR department employees, direct or indirect supervisors of the designated job opening, or any employee involved in the hiring process. Only candidates referred from external sources qualify for the bonus.
The referral bonus will be paid after the new employee completes 180 consecutive business days of billable work. S3Infinity must employ both the referring and the new employees at the time of the bonus payment.
